Breathe Her is for you if…

  • You’re a sensitive, thoughtful, high-functioning woman who holds a lot — and you’re ready to feel more calm, clear, and grounded in your day-to-day life.

  • You’ve tried other methods (yoga, meditation, therapy) and found them too intense, too fluffy, or not quite you — you’re looking for something a bit more ‘practical’ and accessible.

  • You want support that honours your nervous system and emotional landscape, without asking you to push, perform, or override what you feel.

  • You’re navigating a big life season — motherhood, career growth, transition, burnout — and want tools to stay steady without having to drop everything.

  • You’re drawn to practical, embodied work that helps you regulate, reset, and reconnect — in real time, and in a way that feels warm and accessible.

This may not be the space for you if…

  • You want clinical breathwork models that focus on technique only, without attention to self-awareness and emotional nuance.

  • You’re seeking big hyperventilation experiences — Breathe Her breathwork facilitates mostly downregulating techniques which aim to soothe and ease the nervous system, rather than activate it.

  • You’re not open to embodiment or emotional regulation work — or you’d rather stay in your head than explore your internal world gently.

  • You expect someone else to “fix” you — Breathe Her is a space of collaboration, compassion, and choice, not top-down instruction.

  • You need loud, high-energy and intense coaching — this space is intentionally soft, grounded, and rooted in nervous system safety and slowness.

  • I loved your calm presence, and the love you have for your work and what you do- it shows. You made me feel comfortable in not being a total expert and that this takes time and practice! The support offered was great.

  • You are very easy too listen to. Your voice is very soothing and calm. and you really know your shit!!! But you're still very humble about it. Your passion definitely comes through in your teachings.

  • After the wave breathing I certainly felt alot more space ...Feeling alot more at ease in the whole body. I will incorporate the 10mins breath each day in my morning routine ... I love this, it just sets the rest of the day for me to be amazing.
