Three gentle 5-minute breathwork practices made for your real life — not to add to the never ending list of things to-do.

You’re holding it all.

Work deadlines. Groceries. Appointments.

The morning juggle. The after-school chaos. The endless to-do list that never seems to shrink.

You want to be present, calm, and steady — but most days, you’re running on fumes, reactive, distracted, and not quite you.

And the worst part? You don’t have time to ‘slow down’ — not really.

You’ve tried the things: the long meditations, the apps, the breathwork that left you feeling more anxious than before.

What you need isn’t another thing to do.
You need something that works with your day — not against it.

Short, science-backed, trauma-informed breathwork tools to help you shift from stressed to steady — in 5 minutes or less.

Three simple, effective audio breathwork practices — each one under 5 minutes. Designed for the moments that already exist in your day: morning wake-up routines, commutes, mealtimes…

The hidden magic? These audios build a supportive ritual into your day — without needing time away from your day. They become a tool you carry in your back pocket. Always there. Always accessible.

a 3 part audio practice series

  • This is for you if...

You’re overwhelmed, reactive, and tired of feeling like you’re always just holding it together — and you’re craving a moment of calm that actually fits your day.

You’ve tried long meditations or intense breathwork but found them too much — and now you want something gentler, more grounded, and more sustainable.

You want to feel more present with your family, in your body, and in your life — even if everything else around you is still moving fast.

You want real tools to support your nervous system — not just ideas or inspiration, but something you can use, anytime.

You don’t want to add another thing to your to-do list — you want support that works with your daily routines, not against them.

  • What you'll start to notice...

You’re triggered less often — and less intensely. You move from frazzled to focused in the moment. You feel more clearheaded and grounded — like your feet are finally on the floor. You respond rather than react. You feel more you — even on the busiest days.

A woman in glasses and a black satin outfit sitting on a sofa, looking at her phone with a laptop on her lap.
A woman sitting on a gray armchair near a large window with black frames, looking down. She is barefoot with black shoes placed on the floor in front of her. Sunlight casts shadows on the wooden floor.
A person sitting on a chair with one arm extended behind them and their head tilted back, touching the wall, in a black-and-white photograph.

But what if…

I don’t have time…

Each practice is under 5 minutes — and designed to fit inside things you’re already doing. Not an extra task. A shift in how you move through the day.

Breathwork has felt (or looked) too intense before…

These are gentle, science-informed, and trauma-aware. No forced deep breathing. No overwhelm. Just safe, supportive guidance.

I’m not good at meditating…

You don’t have to sit still or ‘clear your mind’. You just follow along. No experience needed — just a willingness to press play.

So - will 5 minutes actually help?

Yes. Regulation doesn’t need to be long to be effective. With consistent use, these micro-moments rewire your nervous system for resilience, calm, and clarity.
