MEET YOUR BREATH GUIDE
Hi, I’m Sarah
6 years helping transform women, just like you.
Taking them from:
stressed → steady
exhausted → empowered
disconnected → truly aligned
all through the breath.
Branching from my research science and yoga teaching background, I utilise evidence-based techniques that originate from gentle and foundational ancient Pranayama (yogic breathwork). Through this, Breathe Her practices are rooted in accessibility and the ability for you to actually be able to fit them into your day-to-day life.
No more complex hours-long practices that increase mental load and decrease your capacity for life. We don’t do that here.
-
After breathwork, I had the BEST nights sleep. I find the practice is great for clearing out the many thoughts that cram my headspace, making me feel more at peace with myself.
- Marjorie
