These practices are made to be succinct and to be done during already existing daily tasks or schedules so that you don’t have to add more into your day. Not an extra task. A shift in how you move through the day.

what if i'm not good at meditating?
You don’t have to sit still or ‘clear your mind’. You just follow along. No experience needed — just a willingness to press play on the audio! Breathwork is perfect for the ‘anti-meditators’ because it gives you something to focus on (rather than trying not to ‘think’)…

Will a 5 min practice actually help?
Yes. Regulation doesn’t need to be long to be effective. With consistent use, these micro-moments rewire your nervous system for resilience, calm, and clarity.
-
Is this online?
Yes. Each breathwork practice is an audio file and will be available to play from the course page whenever you have internet access. If you have secured a private mentoring package, we will work together via Google Meet and WhatsApp communication.
-
i'm a beginner, is this for me?
Absolutely. Each practice is gentle, succinct, and made for the every-day busy woman. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is needed.
-
Are there any hyperventilation practices in here?
No. All practices in the BREATHE HER packs and sessions are gentle, foundational, functional, and come through a trauma informed lens. Most practices are soothing and balancing. You can always opt-out of any techniques you don’t want to do that day.
-
is this a therapeutic practice or session?
These breathwork practices and sessions with Sarah are not therapy, but can be used in conjunction with therapy. I recommend it.
-
Should i practice daily?
These practices are made to be done as many times in your day as you like. Change happens through consistency and commitment. However, practicing once in a while can also benefit you in the moment.
